HAD I the heavens’ embroidered cloths, Enwrought with golden and silver light, The blue and the dim and the dark cloths Of night and light and the half light, I would spread the cloths under your feet: But I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams. |
W.B. Yeats (1865–1939) "He Wishes For the Cloths of Heaven" |

Good Things
Today's little pleasures are:
Irish Breakfast tea (so good! never tried it before!)
Pear & Cottage cheese with cinnamon & nutmeg
Picked up a dandelion on a walk
Jillian Michaels is kicking my b-u-t-t with her 30 day shred video
AND, I am excited about the future & graduating this summer!
I am determined as my little snail study buddy!

A Divine Image
William Blake
Cruelty has a human heart,
And Jealousy a human face;
Terror the human form divine,
And secrecy the human dress. The human dress is forged iron,
The human form a fiery forge,
The human face a furnace seal'd,
The human heart its hungry gorge.

Sunset Like Poetry
My little pink Lomofisheye camera does well with sunsets.

Constantly coming to mind are the words of poets, and today Pablo Neruda rings in the night:
"We have lost even this twilight.
No one saw us this evening hand in hand
while the blue night dropped on the world.
I have seen from my window
the fiesta of sunset in the distant mountain tops.
Sometimes a piece of sun
burned like a coin in my hand..."
